The investigation of musculoskeletal disorders, sleep quality, and fatigue of frontline healthcare workers during the COVID-19

The purpose of the study is comapring musculoskeletal system complaints, fatigue, and sleep quality in front-line second-line healthcare workers treating for COVID patients. 152 between ages 18 65 who worked outpatient clinics, services, Covid-19 units, or administrative management were included this study. Health involved diagnosis, treatment, isolation patients diagnosed with determined as (26F, 45M) if not (40F, 41M). After collecting participants' demographic data, Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS), Jenkins Sleep (JSS) used to assess pain, quality. A significant difference was found training time, job experience, number weekly shifts working on compared (p≤0.05). Front-line reported more neck back while lower pain. It that had higher levels fatigue severity (t (150): 4.264, p≤0.001, Cohen d: 0.69), (t(150): 4.479, 0.72). Work programs should be arranged problems frontline health workers, protective muscles exercise given front workers.
